The Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District has marked the third anniversary of his swearing-in, thanking constituents and renewing his commitment to tackling economic hardship and advancing development across the district.
In a statement released today, the senator expressed gratitude to traditional institutions, community leaders, party members, youth and women’s groups and “all the good people of Delta Central” for their support, prayers and encouragement since he took office three years ago. He said the trust placed in him remains a motivating force for his work in the National Assembly.
“Our priority has been to provide effective representation and a strong voice for Delta Central in national affairs,” the senator said, noting progress on several fronts while acknowledging persistent economic difficulties facing families and businesses in the district. He added that those challenges reinforce the need for sustained effort and purposeful leadership.
Looking ahead, the senator outlined four main areas of focus including; expanding economic opportunities, supporting education and skills development, advocating for critical infrastructure, and championing initiatives that will strengthen Delta Central and support Nigeria’s long-term growth.
Dafinone, further described the anniversary as not merely a moment of reflection but a reaffirmation of his commitment to serve with diligence, integrity and purpose.
The senator thanked constituents for the privilege of serving them and said he looks forward to working with stakeholders to build a stronger and more prosperous future together.
