A renowned Delta State-born development advocate and environmental right activists Chief (Comrade) Mulade Sheriff (PhD), the Ibe-Serimowei of ancient oil-rich Gbaramatu Kingdom, Delta State has pledged to bring improved and sustainable development to his constituency if given the mandate to serve as a Federal Lawmaker representing Warri Federal Constituency at the National Assembly during the 2027 general elections.
Mulade, made the declaration Tuesday, in a press release made available to Journalists. He said ”I am appealing to electorates in the Warri Federal Constituency to make a wise choice in the 2027 general election by voting for me. I am your own and I want to pledge a purpose driven, unity, people oriented, all-inclusive, economic empowerment, employment, skill acquisition, accessibility, reliable and dependable representation, if given the opportunity.”
Mulade, a United Nations Peace Ambassador, appealed to politicians to show decorum, purpose-driven and issue-based campaign, but not campaigns with calumny and hate, adding that after election, the people remain as one indivisible people.
He promised to critically look at empowerment of the youths, women and aged people if elected, maintaining that these are the vulnerable in the society and should be cared for.
