Delta Central Senator, Ede Dafinone, has extended warm birthday greetings to Former Delta State Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, CON, as he marks his 67th birthday on July 8, 2026.
In a statement issued and signed by the Senator, Dafinone lauded Okowa’s years of dedicated public service and credited him with a lasting commitment to good governance and the advancement of the state. The senator said Okowa’s leadership spanning grassroots roles to senior positions in state and national politics continues to inspire public servants.
Dafinone thanked God for Okowa’s life and prayed for excellent health, renewed strength, greater wisdom and many more years of peace, fulfilment and purposeful service for the celebrant.
