Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Tuesday, said he was out for bad contractors who execute shoddy jobs for the state. He vowed severe sanctions for them and site engineers who okay shoddy jobs for payment. Delta State Government has commenced construction of access road to the proposed Asaba waterfront city in the state capital.
