The Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori, has applauded the Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation over donation of education materials, toilet facilities worth millions of naira to Erhavwen Primary School in Ekrerhavwen Community of Ughelli North local government, assuring the foundation of support and partnership.

Speaking recently at the donation of books, school bags, other writing materials, toilet and water system, Gov. Oborevwori described education as the corner stone of any prosperous society and a powerful tool that can transform any nation.
Gov. Oborewvori who was represented by His Excellency, Sir Monday Onyeme, Deputy Governor of Delta state commended Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation for donating education materials to Erhavwen Primary School, Ekrerhavwen as part of its back to school programme.
Gov. Oborevwori said through the execution of the MORE Agenda, the state government has provided infrastructure, employment of teachers, and provided teaching aids because every child regardless of their background or circumstance deserves access to quality education.
Speaking further, Gov. Oborevwori assured the Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation of partnership, “You can always reach out to us any time you need our support and we will partner with you on any program you want us to be part of.”
The founder of the Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation, Dr. (Mrs) Enojare Uadiale in her address read by her husband and Co-founder, Prof. Michael Uadiale, said the foundation’s aim is to plant seeds of hope for children.
She said her impact had reached far beyond education, as the foundation has led medical mission to about 12 African countries including irrua, Edo State, Nigeria, bringing free healthcare and and hope to underserved communities.
The foundation also empowers women and young professionals through her mentorship initiatives, jewels of excellence, H.E.R, IGNITE and the Kingdom Builders Club – raising leaders to walk integrity, excellence and godly success.
She said the foundation was in honour of their late daughter Adesuwa, adding that through the foundation, thousands of children have received backpacks, school supplies, food and seminars to encourage learning, charging the pupils to strive for excellence and never be afraid to make mistakes, as it is part of one’s success stories.
The community president general Chief David Agbru and Head teacher of the school, Mrs Agbogidi appreciated the Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation for the gesture over the back to school initiative, saying it will ease the economic burden on parents, and boost the public health of the school.
Meanwhile, the foundation had equally on same day donated food items toiletries worth millions of naira to Dominion Life Orphanage, Oviorie-Ovu to better the lot of the children as well as prayed and encourage them.
The younger sister to the founders, Mrs. Ochuko Ophori and mother to the founder, Dr. (Mrs) Enojare Uvwo Uadiale appreciated the gesture as it will help to ameliorate the sufferings of the children.
Mr. Efe Eka, who happens to be late Adesuwa’s oldest brother said, “Even though her time with us was so brief, l am carrying something no one does. I was the only sibling who saw her alive and held her in my hands. In those few moments, l felt the weight of love, beauty of life and the tenderness of being a big brother.
Responding to the kind gesture of the Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation, the founder of the Dominion Life Orphanage Home and Care Center Oviorie-Ovu, Pastor Mrs. Bridget Harrison thank the foundation for their great support, adding that this was the first time the Orphanage is receiving food items from a daughter of the community and pray God to continue to bless the foundation, the founders and management.
