Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, has described the Delta Central APC Chairman, Chief Paulinus Akpeki, The Ugo of Okpe Kingdom, as a Chief Strategist, and congratulated him on his birthday anniversary.
