Senator Ede Dafinone Delta Central has congratulated Chief Solomon Val Arenyeka on his election as the new Delta State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), praising the “orderly, peaceful, and transparent” state congress that ushered in the fresh State Working Committee.
