The Delta State Police Command has announced the successful neutralization of a notorious kidnapping syndicate responsible for several abductions across the state. The gang, led by Abubakar Usman, alias “Shehu,” was behind the kidnapping of a medical doctor in Issele-Uku, where a ransom of ₦15 million was collected.
