10,000 widows across the state’s 25 local government areas and 270 federal wards now has the cause to smile as the Governor Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori has approved the registration. Each widow will receive a monthly stipend of ₦15,000 and access to free medical care. The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), Benin Zonal Command (Edo and Delta States), has taken the fight against human trafficking and irregular migration to secondary schools in Delta State.
